The purchase process was average, nothing to brag about. Once the product was shipped, the updates were good. Overall, the purchase process was good. The product itself was low quality and would not recommend.

Not only did the shipping take very long... to make matters worse, just before delivery the shipping company (OnTrac) reported the item was being returned to Taylor without specifying why. I requested a refund and Taylor provided it.
