Good condition upon arrival, however, after adjusting, it's still 60lbs off. I'm 5'8, 230 lbs, and it says I'm 170. Great for the self-esteem, but not quite what I'm looking for.

We own one. Bought it for my sister and her husband for Christmas. Ordered it to be sent to her address. Paid with PayPal and it got sent to us. Cost a few extra bucks and delayed delivery to them. I respectfully request you correct that glitch so an item gets sent to the intended recipient. So the issue is not with the quality of the thermometer it is with your error in delivery destination.

The day before my thermometers were due to arrive I could see from the tracking number that UPS hadn't received the package (it had been about 5 business days). I emailed Taylor USA to see if they might know the whereabouts of my order. Did it ship under a different tracking #? Is it under some paperwork in shipping department? Etc. Later that day,UPS notified me that they received the package and I received it a week later than originally expected. Did Taylor USA email me back to explain the delay in sending out the package or even just to say they are hand it UPS today? No. Communication could (and should) be better.
