For the average of the 2 items purchased: Delivery was effectively packaged so that no damage has been done to the items. Just the flawed design length of the replacement wire-probe being too short seems to be the only issue.

Fulfillment took a while for in stock products. Might fall under the “under staffed” excuse.

Kind of slow shipping it. The box was recieved in great condition, very well packed.

I’m sure it is quite unusual for someone to order three scales, so there was a hiccup in delivery with only two scales arriving. But after contacting Taylor, they made things right by sending the third one.
