The scale is excellent quality. I had another one just like the one I just bought, and dropped something heavy on it. Otherwise, it would have probably lasted me a decade. Maybe more. Prior to that I had tried other scales, and basically pitched them within 6 months. I appreciate the quality of Taylor!
