Has a great selection of quality stuff, but my order took a long time to come, I didn't receive email confirmation and had to chase it up. One item didn't arrive and it wasn't corrected in the order system. Has a lot of potential, but needs a better customer and order management system.

Item is fine. Very disappointed that the box is as damaged as it is. The item is brand new and will be stored in its box so not happy it looks tatty from the start. 😡

I love the products from Table King but it did take quite a while to deliver and I was waiting and received a text from the courier to say they had left me a notice but I never received a notice and had to contact them to arrange either me picking it up or them re-delivering. There was someone home the day they said they delivered the notice. Not sure what happened. The product is lovely though. Thanks

I waited far too long for 3 separate orders - ordered in June , didn't get third order til September; had to write to company to ask about when they were being sent. Plus I am still waiting for a pot warmer about which I have written 3 times to the company to send to me and still no reply or product.Will not buy from TableKing again.
