Slow postage but other wise ok

Package arrived by the scheduled date and nothing was broken. Tableking included an extra soup ladle for the tureeen. I was extremely concerned that Aramex was used as the courier due to the bad reviews online. But they delivered safely and on schedule.

2nd time using your site, with no problems. Placed another order over 3 weeks ago, and heard nothing from you. On 24/6 sent email regarding my order, then the next day order was being filled. Also 1 of the items ordered was no longer available, was given a refund. I feel my order was forgotten about and only acted on because of my email, the item that is being refunded was available when I ordered. So not happy that I'm no longer able to have this item. A courtesy email would have been appreciated while I was waiting to have this filled.
