This rug was ordered at the busiest time of year, and I was hopeful to have it prior to visitors arriving at Christmas. Only a couple of days later it was delivered and insitu and looking lovely (in my opinion)! Lots of admiration from house guests followed. The quality is great and the rug is plush and soft under foot. It flattened out completely at the edges a short time after being unrolled. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and product. An excellent experience and product.
