Very impressed with the quality of your products, the prices are very good. Service is exceptional. One of my dessert dishes was broken when it arrived and one email to Stokes and the next day a new set was sent out at no additional cost to me. Fantastic service. I am saddened to hear some of your stores will be closing, but I love being able to order on line. Thanks Stokes!

Easy to use.

The staff at the Bramelea store were super helpful and friendly. And even when I called the store to address the broken spinner they were willing to exchange and even refund it. They are very lovely staff.
