The mirror which we received was clearly of a high quality but, unfortunately, the wood had a slight orange colouration rather different from the photos on the website and we returned it, requesting a refund. The company's customer service was, in this respect, excellent and they were happy to take back the mirror. It is worth adding that we also bought a larger mirror of the same type from the company and it was, in every way, perfect.

Very happy with the beautiful mirror. Would have been nice to have some wall fixings with it, or at least recommendations on what to use for different wall types.

As stated lovely Mirror, but disappointed that the fixing packs not supplied on our previous order over a year ago.

Replaced first faulty mirror without fuss and all delivered on agreed date.
