I ordered a chair that was on sale. I got to select the day for delivery. Delivery was accurate. As for the chair, it exceeded my expectations. Perfect condition and exactly how I pictured it.

I ordered the sofa in a custom upholstery. The website said it would take 14-18 weeks. 16 weeks later I received my sofa. I had no problems but I also did not have to deal with customer service at any point in the process.

My overall experience was excellent. The customer manager I worked with was very efficient and helpful in making my virtual purchase. The items themselves were great quality, exactly as described.

I was looking for a modular sofa because I have a very unusual open space room. I looked a lot online and at different stores but could not find what I wanted or would fit. Sofa from Sohomod was flexible enough to fit my space and the pieces were reasonably priced and incredibly comfortable. So much so that I now fall asleep on the couch!
