After a little snafu with my original order, which was delivered damaged. Smart furniture took care of picking up the damaged one and expedited shipping on the replacement order.
What made this small inconvenience tolerable, was Customer Experience Specialist Abbie Shadden, who checked in with me several times with updates about how the process was going and even after delivery to make sure everything went well.
Abbie went above and beyond what I expected.
