Crappy customer service

Logistics and delivery were a nightmare. I will place future orders directly with Herman Miller. Once I was able to talk to their staff, I got answers and even an apology.

I received it yesterday. However, there were no scratches on the outer box when mounting by bending the mounting part (to limit the tilt range). I want to return only the upper part. I want to get a reply.
