Communication about my order could have been better.

The delivery delays made this experience strange. Please be honest about delivery times up front.

Difficult to get a color in a certain style. Many things were left out when I was buying it. Information that could have been helpful. I was given a brochure about the chairs. I bought two. There were price markings at each of the chairs. One was the wrong chair. I asked if this is what they were ordering. "Oh no, someone else wrote in that brochure." Fine, they are expensive to print. But guess what, the chair marked in the brochure was the one that came. Not the one I was expecting. Not honest or truthful. But, they are expensive and I will not complain about the mix up any more. I will not buy any of the other produces but there are sure plenty of very fine pieces of furniture.

The mirror is almost $600.00 I have been waiting for the replacement for weeks and its still the wrong color
