On the one hand, the product received was of high quality and arrived well-packaged and undamaged. On the other hand, the shipping of the product occurred a number of months after the order was placed and yet my credit card was charged on the date of order placement rather than on the shipping date. This is not the proper way to do business and I will probably not be doing business with this company going forward.

I was disappointed with the inconsistency from the shipping info provided to me, and what was actually occurring. The shipping changed 3 times and took about a month to get the chair. There was little knowledge that I was given from smart furniture about where the chair was shipping from and when I reached out, only then were updates provided to me then about the changes. My original request started with a message i sent about shipping via email, and if I’m not mistaken, the first one was not acknowledged which prompted me To call.
