Happy with product, took longer

Happy with product, took longer to receive than first stated. With Covid I understand things are delayed coming from other suppliers/manufacturers. Also, my chair/footstool were the older model. Just happy to have them.

Not a wonderful experience on delivery side.

Ordered a chairside chest. Literally came in pieces. A replacement was sent and received in same condition. We were refunded. Found a dealer 60 miles away that would order it for us. We picked it up in perfect condition. I'm going to assume that FedEx had an ex disgruntled postal worker working through some anger issues.

Poor delivery service and uncomfortable.

Let's start with the good. I love the look. Unfortunately, it isnn't very comfortable. Otherwise, the delivery to the end of our driveway was inadequate. Most furniture sites provide at least the option of inside delivery and setup. This sofa is very heavy and setup is beyond the abilities of a single person. I had to hire two people and it cost $200. I would never buy from this company again.

Furniture was good. It was not easy to assemble but it looks good. Shipping time was very long- about 2 months.
