Super helpful on phone call. Chair came fully assembled and much quicker than expected. Everything was exactly as described.

I ordered a green chair, you can't even get that color on other places. The color is basically custom designed and had to be made. When I had a question about the delivery date they contacted Herman Miller and responded within a short time. They also kept me in the loop and I was notified when the chair was shipped.

The delivery was made a couple of weeks later than originally scheduled but with the current global supply chain situation - I wasn't surprised. What I did appreciate was receiving email updates from SmartFurniture advising me of the status updates. It's so important to manage the customer's expectations and to keep them informed of changes to their orders... SF did this wonderfully well. Thank you!
