Todd at SlumberSource was a great help in providing information, answering questions and determining the right hi-low adjustable bed. He also coordinated the delivery and assembly of the bed and followed up to make make sure it arrived on time and was set up quickly.

I just received and had my rise remedy base installed. From the sales person, Todd to the installer, the service was great! So far, the base is exactly as I expected! Thanks to Todd for directing me to rise remedy II!

Working with the store was great. Todd gave quick responses, answered questions, and kept in touch with me throughout the process. The shipping took longer than expected, but that was out of the store’s control. I wasn’t in a hurry so it wasn’t an issue—I also had no worries about the shipment because Todd kept me posted every step of the journey from GA to OR.

Todd was very helpful, tenacious and patient with my dozens of questions. I appreciated that he followed the purchase through the set up. The bed description is accurate. I wouldn't count on 4 day delivery though.

An amazing customer service experience. If you are a firm mattress sleeper then the one I got isn't for you, but if you like falling into a cloud and going into a deep sleep where you don't wake up for 7 plus hours then I highly recommend this purchase. Plus the unpacking was a fun experience. I have never seen a mattress defluff quite like that !!
