Ordered this bed in August and it’s still not put together correctly for my mother to use it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Very friendly at first thinking you’re going to buy from them. I paid 8 000.00 After 3 weeks the rail bolts fell off. Called Tod the salesman to tell him the problem , he said Mickey would get in touch. Mickey was so rude and told me to fix it myself. I’m handicapped!!! He Told me he could not send someone out for a five minute job. But if I wanted to pay he could send someone. Really? 8000 wasn’t enough? Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY !!! Very unprofessional company
