This mattress is everything they advertised it to be. They were wonderful to work with and it arrived when they said it would. Our only issue (and this had more to do with the Covid concerns) we would have liked better is if they removed the old mattress and then installed the new one. We purchased a king size mattress and it is heavy. I was out of town so my wife had to wait until I returned to install it. But we love it!
