I bought the bed in an absolute hurry as my family were being evacuated from the fires in Australia. I had to buy over the phone & dealt with a superb person, Wanda, she listened to my wants& needs & selected the “Balance” Although it arrived too late for my family, I have been sleeping on it myself, & have enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep & would not hesitate recommending it to family & friends. Love the option of a grey base, fantastic.
