The quality of the cover is excellent. However trying to get the 2 toppers into the cover is no easy feat. Buy your cover with the topper or mattress and they will ship it all assembled. I wish I did.

I was concerned about getting a soft topper because I was afraid that soft meant I would not have enough support. I spoke with Roger in customer service. He gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision which pointed to the soft topper, so that was what I bought. I am finally waking up without a stiff back and sore shoulders. I am very happy with my purchase. The quality of the latex is wonderful and there was no odor. The packaging was superb. Customer service is the best I've ever experienced, better (and easier to access) than Amazon. I spoke with customer service multiple times Over the course of rebuilding my sleeping surface, The return policy is excellent.

Nice that they allow adjustments.

Had trouble getting a good night's sleep with our old box springs and mattress. Haven't had any issues since we got the new sleep ez 10". Service went beyond expectations and the mattress and frame was delivered within a few days. Would recommend this company to anyone.
