It made such a difference in my sleeping. The mattress I had purchased a couple of years ago was much to hard for me. my son-in-law recommended your product and what a difference it made in my comfort level. Also, I was given advice over the phone which helped me make the right decision for what I needed to remedy my problem mattress. The topper did the job.

This adjustable bed is user friendly. Very easy to operate. It is quiet. The remote is sleek and easy to use. Quality overall is excellent.

I want to say that the staff at Sleep EZ went out of their way to accommodate me. I wasn't aware that the delivery of mattress and adjustable bed frame might not be delivered on the same day because two different companies are used. Because I was in process of moving, this meant I would have to sleep on the floor or go to a hotel for a night. Customer service worked tirelessly to try to coordinate a same day delivery for both. This is something they don't normal do. In the end, the white glove service for the mattress did not deliver on the same day as the delivery company for the adjustable frame even though they said they would. I do not fault the Sleep EZ staff for this. I have only positive things to say about my salesperson and customer service. I would suggest using one company to deliver all items in the future if it is possible. Thank Sleep EZ for all your help, patience, and excellent customer service. If you want to buy from a company that has a good product, values every customer, and goes the extra mile, then Sleep EZ is the one. My 5 Stars are for the staff and the white glove delivery crews (not management).
