I was kept up to date with the shipping progress the whole time. It arrived on time very well packaged. It is more beautiful in person than any picture can do it justice!

I thought this process was going to be difficult and a bunch of emailing back and forth. I didn’t have to do anything. Automatic updates were sent to me by email and it took the required amount of time to get the product.

Ordering and shipping were easy and affordable.

Despite the bottom of the shipping carton coming unattached from the crate during DHL shipment, all contents were packaged and wrapped extremely well and survived the trip without damage. The carvings on both the skull and horns were of excellent quality. . Looks positively stunning on the wall.

love it
