Handsome chair, lacks back support

I love the way the Neva chair looks and it is really comfortable for my partner who is 6’ tall and can sink into the deep squishy chair. Unfortunately the chair is not very comfortable for me. I have a bad back and I am not tall (5’5”) and the combo of being low, deep and squishy is not comfortable for me. I need firmer support which is why I chose poly over down. I am so sad because I was hoping this would be the perfect cuddle chair to read with my boys. It is great if you don’t need firm support though and it looks great! It did arrive with a small flaw in the fabric on the chair cushion but it isn’t too noticeable and I didn’t want to refuse the delivery after the long wait over something so tiny. The Inkcap color is great and it really is a handsome chair. The delivery service was great and they wore masks and were friendly.

Great furniture, poor delivery

The furniture itself is fantastic. However, the shipping and delivery experience left much to be desired. Delivery company didn’t show up on day of delivery with no notice. For the price we pay for the furniture we expected more.

So disappointed with how the

So disappointed with how the fabric on my sofa has worn. Looks extremely worn out and Is supposed to be the most durable fabric you offer.

What a disappointment. Can't believe

What a disappointment. Can't believe I waited 10 weeks for this couch. Cheap material and a shoddy frame. This couch in no way looks like it was $2000+ dollars. Had I known I would have paid the extra 1K and gone to Restoration Hardware. On top of that I scheduled the deliver for a time I would be home. The delivery driver said he'd be home by then and can he leave it in my front yard. I had a friend run over to open the door so they could leave the couch. Had I been there I would have sent it back and paid the 10% restocking fee. $2000 down the drain. I'm putting it in my attic.
