I inquired about expedited shipping on slipcovers and Abbie from customer service was amazing! She arranged everything very quickly and was kind and extremely helpful!! We purchased the Neva couch, loveseat and ottoman a few months ago and we love them! So comfortable! I ordered them with white linen covers and just ordered gray ones for winter. Love, love, love Sixpenny!!

The initial delivery of a couch was a mess as the delivery and shipping was mishandled. But the customer service was impeccable (shout out to Dustin). They were very apologetic about the way my couch was handled and exchanged my couch with zero hassle. I’m so impressed. They know that you have invested in their company so they want the investment to be worth it! I highly recommend! and the couch is divine! Everyone who sits on the couch DOES NOT want to get off the couch.

We love our Devyn sectional in the bright yellow velvet. It's huge, and deeper than most sofas. Everyone comments on how comfortable it is to sit on (even sleep on!!). Great price and we were impressed with being able to view the customizations and colors on the website.
