I had a problem with an older model remote and called for assistance. Matt took my call and worked with me to resolve the problem. He was pleasant and knew his job. Very pleased.

I ordered a remote control for a discontinued Rize adjustable bed, the old one having worn out after 3 years of daily use. The new remote control was shipped promptly and worked just fine. Thanx for the excellent service.
