Shipping was great. The fact that I already submitted this review a few days ago and it mysteriously hasn't made its way to the website yet is less good.

I like the look of these towels. Nice color. Rounded, finished corners. Hanging loop. They are nice and big. I bought them because of a Wirecutter recommendation. But they're not nearly as soft as I expected. In fact, I find them rather hard and scratchy.

I love your sheets. So when my eight month old kitten tore a queen fitted sheet, I repaired it, but then decided to order a percale fitted sheet. When I was ordering it, I thought I should probably get a flat sheet as well. At the time it did not occur to me that I could have gotten a set for significantly less than the two pieces. If the site had alerted me to that option, I would’ve taken it. An oversight on my part not to think of pillowcases. A heads up from the website would’ve been appreciated. But I still love your sheets. :-)

I ordered sheets for twin beds. I had to submit a separate order for pillow covers. The pillow covers barely cover the pillows. The stop right at the edge of the pillow where most covers add a couple of inches to insure the pillow is completely covered. I won’t order again. The sheets were OK but not better in any way from other decent sources.

Unfortunately the thread on the edge of this towel started separating from the rest of the towel within a week of use. It’s soft and absorbent, but also sheds some fuzz on your skin. Really wanted to like this product but will be going elsewhere for my towels in the future.
