I've been pleased with my interaction with Riley thus far. They shipped my order faster than I expected. I just wish they had the other color of towels that I want in stock!

It’s the best thing ever for hot sleepers. I chose the wrong color by mistake and had used a coupon code. The customer service representative allowed me to retroactively apply the expired coupon code on my replacement order and I was able to return the original item with no issues.

A lovely product. Perfect weight, pretty color, good size and very comfortable.
