The product would be great if it hadn’t been shipped with a large kink in the hose. Thought it might resolve itself with use, but the hose will very easily kink while in use with the lower pressure. Pain when trying to move around to water plants.

Already answered. Used to be way better. The spring sucks now.

When the hose leaked right out of the box, it has been difficult to contact customer service about something that never should have happened in the first place.

Customer service is very responsive, and a big plus. Everything else is negative. Your products need further testing when made in China. Of the 5 products we purchased, 2 were unsatisfactory (100 foot expandable hose that shrinks to 70 feet in use and the “4100 square foot”oscillating sprinkler that only covered 300 square feet with 30 psi water pressure. One product was completely useless, the grass scissors. Fortunately the replacement for that works good, but it shows quality control to be lacking.
