This pot/planter is exquisite, but it’s monochromatic color draws attention to any scratch or imperfection that it may have. Instead, a patterned color option may help conceal flaws that are unavoidable.

Your products are excellent and I'd certainly buy again and recommend you. The buying experience was a bit more checkered. I ordered six pots in various sizes and it turned out you only had one size in stock but your site didn't say so. Then changing the order, crediting cards etc. was a bit of a production although your guy was very helpful. Then although you advised when two of the pots were on the way I didn't know where the other two were although they turned up a few days later. All minor stuff but a few wrinkles need to be ironed out.

Product and paint color was exactly what wanted. Had to call in order because the color wanted online was linked to a different color. The person I spoke too was very helpful and quick with the order. The planters did arrive with two spots not covered with paint. It looks like little chips. Disappointing but not worth paying to send back and ordering again. Recommend and will use again.
