The service we received was awesome. We purchased this mattress to replace a foam mattress that we had been using for 20 plus years. We purchased the hybrid mattress (soft) with the three inch mattress topper(soft) both being all organic. The comfort level is amazing!!! We both have arthritic conditions and will happily announce this is the best we've slept in a long time. Many thanks to Plushbeds and to those folks with this company who gave their time, professionalism, and excellent service to get us into the best bed we have ever had. I would recommend this company and their mattresses to all.
