Not easy to get refund
The Hybrid Plush bed was delivered on time and in good condition. We ordered the firm but it was too hard for me (back sleeper) and my husband (stomach sleeper). We had to wait 30 days before Plush would begin return processing. Once we reached the 30 night mark, we asked to return the mattress. Their customer service person said they had “just received an update and could no longer pick up the mattress and have it sent back to the manufacturer.” We were sent an email with lists of organizations where we could donate our mattress. None of the homeless shelters or charities listed, accept used mattresses; even those that are only 30 days old. I finally found a site, Freecycle.com where communities list free stuff for pick up. I was supposed to keep a record of proof that we donated the mattress. After submitting our records, Plushbeds said they would process our refund in 5-7 business days. It finally posted on our account, 11 days later. We were grateful to have it refunded but it was not an easy process.
