After spending weeks shopping locally for an organic mattress, we were fed up with local salespeople who knew less than we did about GOTS certifications and sustainable business practices. The sales manager at PlushBeds was very informative, and was able to point us to their impressive list of certifications. He answered all of our questions, and held our order so it wouldn't be delivered until we moved into our new house.

We ordered our Botanical Bliss organic mattress, which came with free pillows, sheets and a mattress protector. Our mattress didn't have any VOCs or funny odors and took a few days to get used to. My husband found it comfortable, but my side was a bit firm. I called PlushBeds and spoke with Cindy in Customer Service, who sent me a replacement layer of latex to put in the mattress. We managed to unzip the cover and replace the firmer latex with the softer latex, just on my side. It made my side if the mattress softer, and now we both enjoy our new mattress. Great solution as we really didn't want to send this mattress back.

I bought this bed because I did not want any synthetic latex or memory foam, or springs.. at all in my mattress and this is a hundred percent natural latex. I ordered the medium which is amazing however since I am a side sleeper I needed to add a 3 inch soft topper to it which I absolutely love ...with the 3 inch soft topper the bed is absolutely perfect for a side sleeper. Just the right amount of comfort and support. I highly recommend the Botanical Bliss 100% natural latex with Organic wool no chemicals no memory foam. It's perfect and healthy. I also recommend they're 100% organic sheets they are amazing! I may also add that for side sleepers another alternative would be to order your bed with a soft layer to the mattress instead of the medium firm or a medium and then a soft .. another choice would be the medium firm with a soft layer on top. I chose to keep the medium and then purchase a cover and a soft topper to add to it to make it the right Comfort level for me. Customer service was amazing. They were very patient with me and helped me get the best fit with this bed for me as I have lower back issues. The bed is heavy .. however once you get the mattress set up it is totally worth the extra effort. Five stars for this bed just saying!
