We haven’t assembled the trampoline yet, but it came very quickly and the delivery man was super helpful. Great price too!

We had a problem with our plum trampoline which had only been used a handful of times. The advisor I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful in locating the spare part needed and getting it sent out to us. For customer service alone, I would buy plum products again.
