So far so good! I ordered a climbing frame for my sons birthday from a different company & they let me down at the last minute 4 days before.! As you can imagine i was gutted. I ran Plumplay on the Monday morning and they were amazing. The climbing frame arrived on the Tuesday. Its not fully assembled yet however we have made a start and its great quality. I can not wait to see my little boys face. From start to finish they respond to all my frantic emails and calls fast and efficiently. You really get what you pay for I would recommend them on their customer service support alone. Thank you for saving the day!
