We had problems with the zip fastening on a trampoline. Even though the product was out of guarantee when reporting the problem. Plumplay offered to replace the trampoline net free of charge. The mark of a good company is not just delivery and the quality of the product, but how they deal with issues and customers when things go wrong. Plumplay certainly pass this test.
