We recently purchased the lookout tower and swing and have been really impressed with the product and customer service from Plum Play. We ordered the climbing frame from Very and on arrival realised the slide had a crack in it, I contacted Plum through Very who very kindly sent us a replacement item immediately. Very fast responses to emails. The lookout tower is a perfect size for a small garden, very straightforward to put together, one person did it in about 6 hours (with a small assistant to pass the screws!) The kids (5 and nearly 3) absolutely love it and have spent hours in their new "tree house". I am sure they will have hours of play on it for years to come.
