I had purchased something from plum right as the issue happened with Tuffnells going bust. Whilst it took longer to get the product and there was a couple of issues in communication. Ultimately it was all resolved and Plum were polite and did their best at what must have been a very difficult time. Personally I will be using them again. The climbing frame is excellent. Good quality and easy to build. I hope the delivery issue doesn’t hurt their business to much!

Fun and games getting it here, but that’s Parcelforce’s problem: not Plum’s. In fact, they sent me a replacement set after two weeks, and I’ve ended up with two! Good old-fashioned customer service, I’m pleased to say.
