No communication...won't answer phones or emails...poor quality product...need refund as item has broken after 5 or 6 weeks due to poor quality..unusable for my child and unsafe.do not buy this trampoline

Excellent solution to our problem.

Purchased 10ft trampoline about 3 weeks ago. Instructions could be clearer to attach springs but with patience all sorted. Advise purchase of ladder for this size trampoline. Overall very pleased with purchase and quality in line with consumer Which recommendations.

An adjsutable bolt fell off our scooter, which was probably my own fault for not tightening it enough but their customer service (Ethan) were great. Quick response and sent me a replacement part without charge. Many Thanks! Joe

After six years our 12ft inground trampoline was starting to look a bit tatty so I got on to Plum Play and ordered up a new Jump Mat, Springs and Safety Pad. All good for another six years.
