I love my Plum trampoline but I bought it on eBay you will not supply a replacement bouncing mat. It now stands derelict. I have never in my nearly eighty years heard of a situation where, having bought an item from one place, another place will not supply a spare part. EBay do not have the bouncing mat in stock and have not had it for the last three months.

Very quickly delivered by a very polite courier a single swing set for my grandchildren for Christmas wont be opened yet .
