The service with this company was great. They accidentally sent me an extra product and it was missing a magnet I had ordered. I reached out to them and they were very courteous and helpful. It was not such a big issue for me but I understand that they may be missing inventory so I thought it was important to let them know. Mistakes happen and we’re all doing our best. Thank you to planet box for sending me the missing magnets, I appreciate it very much.
