Great packaging and fast shipping. We also purchased comparable trees from a well-known competitor and their trees came with a handful of shredded most paper the was supposed to be on the roots. Of the three boxes of trees we have receive thus far, the paper was not on the roots. It had shifted during shipping. Hope they still grow. I loved that the tree we purchased from Pixies Gardens came in a pot and was the same price or even less expensive than the other trees we elsewhere. I wish I had found your website first. We will be repeat customers, for sure.
