I received a painting with a huge smudge around the rock that was caused when another painting I ordered was placed on top with no protective cover in between (the top painting had a huge paint spot on the back of its canvass the same colour as the blob in the bottom painting), yet, customer service did nothing to assist and, further, tried to talk their way out of it by implying it was a rock in the water (which it was, however, it had a huge smudge not belonging to the rock or shadow). Very frustrating when a company does not have integrity and/or enough professionalism to care how the final product arrives at the customer. For me, this purchase was extremely frustrating and expensive, especially given the conversion costs to USD, the shipping and the Duty.

The quality of the painting was terrible. It was far from the company advertisement. The hanging cord was attached to the lower side of the painting. Altogether, my experience was terrible. Vasyl Marchak

I have returned the same picture twice because of the framing - let’s see if third shipment is any better.

order placed in July itt was a bogo on mini preframed didn't receive until January 2022. I had to contact overstock to fing out what was what. Had no problem prior to this.

Write your numer on the back and ruin the white area on the front!!!
