OverStock Art is Killing Me !!!!
I have been purchasing Art from you for the past 8 years. 8 years ago, it was so much easier to do this..
This past year, I have purchased a lot more art from you and thank you for all the lovely work you have sent me..
However, the process to actually FIND OUT the status of my orders, has been the worst I have ever seen !!!
Many times, I have not been able to even log into your website, and then the process to actually get a Temporary Password = Terrible !
I have received only 1 Temporary Password = 44f22e8b8b - and this password did not even work !
I feel that perhaps NO ONE WORKS in you IT Department, or something !
I am hesitant to refer your company to anyone, because I do not want them to go through what I have been going through for this year alone...
Will you Please, will someone Please, look at this and fix it for me?????
I am about at wits end now, and am about ready to go and never come back..
Oh and yes, I am sure I have purchased well over $1,000.00 worth of art from you just this year alone...
All I want to do = Be Able to Log In to My Account, and perhaps purchase more art...
Will you Please Help Me Do This ???
Will You Ever Send Me a New Temporary Password ???
