Gustav Klimt painted this portrait in 1907 using gold leaf in his oil paint. When OverStockArt advertised that in its “luxury line” gold and silver enhancements would be added to the reproduction I felt that the shimmery finish of this masterpiece might be accurately reproduced. I was right. My reproduction of Adele Bloch-Bauer is exquisite. It lights up the room and catches the light beautifully. Watch the movie “Lady In gold” with Helen Mirren and see what I am talking about. I am so thrilled that I have already ordered Klimt’s “The Kiss” with the “luxury line” enhancements.
