Had two important questions arrive after I placed the order. Both questions were answered within 15 minutes of sending the email. I believe the Customer Service department is top notch, as is the site with Pictures, Dimensions, and options......

I recently made a purchase and forgot to submit the coupon. I called and was amazed to have the phone answered after the second ring--- by a human!! A very pleasant and extremely helpful human! He was great!!! And made my shopping experience with overstock a very pleasing experience!

Having made several purchases recently as gifts, I've happily discovered how easy it is to return something. I.e., I may have gotten an item wrong, but the good people at overstockArt don't seem to - returns/exchanges/refunds are as simple as one could hope.
