I've always had a positive experience with customer service. Everyone is always helpful and pleasant. A few days ago I had called due to not being able to print a FedEx label. The representative was unpleasant almost to being rude. If that had been my first expierence with Overstock Art.com I most likely would never be a returning customer. I will say she did resolve my problem even though she had a horrible attitude to my question.
