We were already pleased with the quality of sleep as we have slept in this system many times I the Hilton Garden Inn. It does still have a weird and not so pleasant odor despite being in our home over a month and I immediately washed and dried the wool top cover per suggestions from the manufacturer. A follow-up satisfaction call would have been nice to see if they have suggestions as to what I can do to get rid of the odor.

The customer service is fabulous and the bed is working out great for one hard sleeper and one softer sleeper.

We'd say 4½ stars! It's not perfect but it's the best mattress we've ever slept on.
