buying process worked very well and delivery was as stated. Mattress has been very comfortable.

I was told the first thing that needs replacement (10 yrs here) is the foam topper. It turns out my original foam topper that I replaced was still good. The problem is my side of the bed sags very much even without me on it. I wake in the night uncomfortable from more sagging. Wish I knew how to remedy this.

Bought this mattress for two bedrooms years ago when it was under a different name out of Canada. And those mattresses are still wonderful. My recent purchase for a different bedroom I had an immediate issue with a slow leak in the mattress on one side of a King size. I immediately received new tubing and is still an issue a year later. I sleep on that side of the bed because it really bothers my husband. Also the older mattresses had a cover over the dials, better finish than the recent purchase.
