(Sorry, I reversed this) My Experience with Natural Form

Mattress needs to be adjusted to firm setting, initially thought we adjusted mattress to firm, but could not tell by the lever if it is in position most firm, please advise two old retired veterans, Angelo and Maria....

We slept on these mattresses at a hilton in Idaho. We slept all the way through the night which we NEVER do in a hotel ! We stayed for a entire week, and slept through each night ! We inquired at the desk as to what bed they used and they told us. We came home spoke with reps from Natural Form, which they were so kind, knowledgeable and very prompt ! We ordered one and LOVE it ! I have fibromyalgia quite bad, arthritis and other health issues. It has really helped me. My husband loves it as well. We both give it five stars ! I received my first natural form mattress April of 2015. Upon arrival it struck me as too soft even at the firmest setting. Surprisingly, I found myself sleeping great on it so I kept it for the trial period. I had already tried other mattresses and felt this was my last hope. I saved it for last because it was so expensive. Then 6 months later, I found my back was bothering me due to lack of support. I would sleep great in my guest bed and at other peoples houses so I deduced it was the mattress. Finally I took off the pad in order to test out the firmness of the underlying mattress and that was better than with the pad. After 2 weeks of this, I decided to call natural form to find out if I could somehow get a more firm pad and told them what was going on. They surprised me and said they've had a number of people saying they needed a firmer base and so they made one! So they sent it out and I've been sleeping on it a week and it's everything I hoped the first one would be, so now I'm very satisfied. I was nervous about the first one being at the maximum setting for both me and my husband. Now we are both very happy. My husband has his side set to optimum and I am working my way from the maximum firmness and slowly trying to get to optimum to see what that is like.
